$79 · One-time · For mom and pop shops

Main Street Tune-Up

Your shop is the real thing. Your Google listing should say so. For $79 we clean up your Google Business Profile, give you a printed review QR card and a counter sign, and hand you a one-page list of what we'd fix next. No website needed, no monthly fee, no password sharing.

One business location. Usually done in a few days.

What's included

Four things. One small price.

The basics that help people nearby find you, trust you and walk through your door, done for you in plain words.

01

Google Business Profile cleanup

Your hours, photos, categories, description and service area, fixed and filled in so what people see on Google matches the real you.

02

A printed review QR card

A card you can hand to happy customers. One scan opens your Google review form, no searching, no app.

03

A counter sign

The same QR code on a small sign for your counter or front door, so people can leave a review while they're still smiling.

04

A one-page “what I'd fix next” list

Plain-words notes on your website, social pages and marketing: what's working, what isn't, and what to do first. Yours to keep, with no obligation.

Who it's for

Made for the shops that make a town feel like home.

The bakery, the barber, the repair shop, the boutique, the family restaurant, the contractor with a truck and a good name. You're busy doing the work. This takes one thing off your list.

  • Your hours on Google are wrong, or missing
  • Your photos are old, blurry, or someone else's
  • Happy customers say nice things, but rarely online
  • You run on Facebook and word of mouth, and that's OK
  • You've wondered about a website but aren't ready to spend $449
How it works

Three steps. Nothing complicated.

  1. 01

    Say hello

Send the short form below. Alexander writes back personally to confirm your business, your town and what's off on your listing.

  2. 02

    Add us, keep control

You add us as a manager on your Google listing using Google's own button. You stay the owner. No passwords, ever.

  3. 03

    We tune it up

We fix your listing, make your review card and counter sign, and send your one-page “what I'd fix next” list. Then a simple $79 invoice.

How access works

Your business stays yours. Always.

You never share a password with us. Here's how it works, in plain words.

  • Google Business Profile: you add hivemindsolutions@mail.grokbot.com as a Manager using Google's built-in feature. You stay the owner, and you can remove our access anytime with one click.
  • Not claimed yet? Alexander walks you through claiming it under your own Google account. Google has the owner do the verification, so it's yours from day one.
  • Website and social pages: same idea. You add us as an editor or admin, you keep ownership, and you can take access back whenever you like.
FAQ

Straight answers.

What does the $79 cover, exactly?

One business location: a cleanup of your Google Business Profile (hours, photos, categories, description and service area), a printed review QR card, a counter sign with the same QR code, and a one-page list of what I'd fix next. It's one-time. There's no monthly fee and nothing renews.

Do I have to give you my password?

No, never. Google has a built-in way to add a manager to your Business Profile. You add [email protected] as a Manager, you stay the owner, and you can remove that access anytime with one click.

What if my business isn't on Google yet, or I never claimed the listing?

That's common, and it's fine. Alexander walks you through claiming or creating it under your own Google account. Google asks the owner to verify the business, so that step is yours, and he'll be there to help. Verification timing is up to Google.

Will this get me more reviews or put me at the top of Google?

Nobody can promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. The Tune-Up makes your listing accurate and complete and makes it easy for happy customers to leave a review. Those are the basics Google and customers look for, but results aren't guaranteed.

Is it OK to ask customers for Google reviews?

Yes, asking is fine. Google's rules say you can't pay for reviews, offer discounts for them, or only ask the people you expect to be happy. The card and sign simply invite everyone to share an honest review.

Do I need a website for this?

No. Plenty of shops run on a Google listing and a Facebook page. If you do have a website, the “what I'd fix next” list covers it too.

How long does it take?

Usually a few days once you've added us as a manager on your listing. If your listing still needs to be claimed or verified, it can take longer, because that part runs on Google's schedule.

How do I pay?

After we talk and confirm the details by email, you'll get a simple invoice for $79. Nothing is charged through this website.

Do I have to buy anything else afterward?

No. The “what I'd fix next” list is yours either way. If you'd ever like help with a website or ongoing marketing, our prices are on the pricing page, and we'll only talk about it if you ask.
