- Your answers, your call: the helper only uses information you've approved, and you can ask us to change or turn it off anytime.
- Cancel anytime: reply to any email and we'll remove the helper from your site.
AI can make mistakes. The helper is designed to answer only from the information you approve and to pass anything else to you, but we can't guarantee every answer will be accurate or complete. What does it cost?
$99 one-time setup, then $19 a month for one website. The monthly fee keeps the helper running and covers updates to your answers. It's month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.
Can it make things up?
AI can make mistakes, so we design the helper to stick to the information you approve and to say “I'll pass that to the owner” instead of guessing. You can test it before it goes live. We can't guarantee every answer is perfect, which is why it never makes promises for you.
Does it take bookings or payments?
No. It points visitors to your real booking link, phone number or email. It doesn't confirm appointments, take payments or offer deals.
Do I need a website?
Yes, the helper lives on your website. If you don't have one yet, ask about our website plans or the free homepage mockup.
What happens to visitors' questions?
Questions are processed by the chat tool that runs the helper so it can answer. We'll tell you which tool we use during setup, and we recommend mentioning the chat helper in your site's privacy notice.
What if I cancel?
Reply to any email and we remove the helper. Cancelling stops the next month's invoice. We don't refund a month that's already started. The $99 setup isn't refundable once the helper is live.
How do I pay?
After we confirm the details by email, you'll get a simple invoice for the $99 setup, then $19 each month, by email. Nothing is charged through this website.
