Do I have to give you my password?
No, never. Google has a built-in way to add a manager to your Business Profile. You add [email protected] as a Manager, you stay the owner, and you can remove that access anytime with one click.
Can I skip giving access altogether?
Yes. We can send your approved replies as a simple, paste-ready document, and you post them yourself. Same price.
How fast will I see the drafts?
Within 48 hours of the go-ahead and access (or, for the document option, your listing name). Posting happens as soon as you approve.
What if I have more than 40 unanswered reviews?
Tell us when you reach out. We'll talk it through before any work starts, and nothing is added to your invoice without your OK.
Will replies raise my star rating or my Google ranking?
We can't promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What replies do is show every future customer that someone real is listening, and that's worth a lot on its own.
Will the replies sound like AI?
AI helps with the first draft. Alexander then reads and edits every reply by hand for your voice, your town and the details each customer mentioned, and you approve the final words.
What is Review Care?
An optional $29/month plan for after the catch-up. When new Google reviews come in, we draft a reply for your approval and post it once you say yes. It's month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime.
