Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it. In plain words.

1. What this covers
This policy explains what information HIVEMIND SOLUTIONS collects through thehivemindsolutions.com and when we work together, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. What our forms collect
When you send a request form, we collect what you type: your name, your business name, your email address, your website (if you share it), what you're interested in, your message, and whether you agreed to our Terms.
The forms are delivered by FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, which sends your submission to our inbox. FormSubmit handles that data under its own policies.
3. How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, prepare your quote or mockup, and do the work you ask for, including any follow-up emails about that request. If you become a client, we keep the records we need for invoicing and taxes.
4. We never sell it
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with the services we use to run the business (such as email, form delivery, hosting and, when we set it up, invoicing), and only as needed to do the work, or if the law requires it.
5. Hosting, logs and analytics
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most hosts, Cloudflare processes basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see simple, aggregate visit counts. It doesn't use cookies to track you across sites, and we don't use advertising trackers. The site may store a small setting in your browser (for example, to skip counting our own test visits), and nothing else.
6. Client account access
If you add us as a Manager or Editor on your Google Business Profile, Facebook Page or other account, we use that access only for the work you've approved. You can remove it at any time, and we never ask for your passwords.
7. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails and project records for as long as they're useful for the work and for our business and tax records, then delete what we no longer need.
8. Your choices and deletion requests
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request” and we'll respond within 30 days. If you'd like us to stop emailing you, just reply “stop” or “unsubscribe” to any message and we'll stop.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses. This site isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
