Are the tool's fees included?
No. Any subscription, booking or payment processing fees are charged by the tool you choose and paid directly to them. We'll point out the fees we know of before you pick, but the tool's own pricing page is the final word.
Which tool should I use?
It depends on your business. Many salons and service businesses like Square Appointments; some restaurants use Square Online or a tool they already have. We'll help you compare, and you choose.
Do I need a website?
No. Booking links can go on your Google listing and Facebook. If you have a website, we'll add a button there too.
Do I have to give you my password?
No, never. When we need access, you add [email protected] using the platform's own tools (for example as a Manager on Google or an Editor on Facebook). You stay the owner and can remove us anytime.
Will this bring in more customers?
We can't promise results, and nobody honestly can. What online booking does is make it easier for the customers who'd rather tap than call.
How do I pay?
After we confirm the details by email, you'll get a simple invoice for $99 by email. Nothing is charged through this website.
