- You approve every design: nothing is final until you say it's right.
Printing, paper and shipping are not included and are paid directly to your printer. You're responsible for checking prices, hours and other details on the final proof before printing.

Is printing included?
No. You get design files, and you print at home or at any local print shop. If you'd like help finding a printer, just ask.
How many changes can I make?
We send a first design and make reasonable changes until it matches what we agreed on. If you want a whole new direction, we'll talk it through first, and nothing is added without your OK.
Can I order several pieces?
Yes. Each design is priced separately, and we'll confirm the total by email before starting.
Who checks the details?
We'll proofread carefully, but you know your prices and hours best. Please check the final proof before printing.
How do I pay?
After we confirm the details by email, you'll get a simple invoice for your agreed total by email. Nothing is charged through this website.
