mail.grokbot.com as a Manager using Google's built-in feature. You stay the owner, and you can remove our access anytime with one click. - You approve what goes public: posts and review replies come to you first by email. We only publish what you've approved.
- Cancel anytime: just reply to any email and say so. Your listing, posts and photos stay yours.

What does the $39 a month cover?
One Google Business Profile: monthly Google posts, photo updates from the photos you send, drafted replies to new reviews for your approval, and a regular hours check, including holiday hours.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month-to-month and you can cancel anytime by replying to any email. Cancelling stops the next month's invoice. We don't refund a month that's already started, but your care continues through the end of it.
Do I need the Tune-Up first?
It's the natural first step, because the Tune-Up cleans everything up and Listing Care keeps it that way. If your listing is already in good shape, you can start with Listing Care. Just ask.
How is this different from Review Care?
Review Care ($29/mo) covers review replies only. Google Listing Care adds monthly posts, photo updates and hours checks. If you have Review Care, Listing Care replaces it.
Do I have to give you my password?
No, never. When we need access, you add [email protected] using the platform's own tools (for example as a Manager on Google or an Editor on Facebook). You stay the owner and can remove us anytime.
Will this bring in more customers?
We can't promise results, and nobody honestly can. Google decides what it shows and how it ranks businesses. What Listing Care does is keep your listing accurate, active and answered, which is what customers notice.
How do I pay?
After we confirm the details by email, you'll get a simple invoice for $39 each month by email. Nothing is charged through this website.
